Food order menu not working
The app is unstable not working on my I phone. Does not show menu options so I cant order.
Ride options are working though.Nick name disappointed
Less item in menu

For the passed three days I can’t even open the app in my phone. All the other apps connected with internet is running perfectly. But this App is not opening. I have tried some other apps like foodpanda, pathao etc. They provide good service than this. Need to improve these things. Then it’ll be okay .Show lessNafisaTabassum

I have been using this for few weeks. And the problem is sometimes the app is not running even if I have good internet connection. And this is happening very often. I checked my internet connection and it’s perfectly okay. But this app is not opening. Fix this bug. Otherwise everything else is goodFahmida41

After the latest update whenever I tap to open the app it doesn’t open says error try again later and not on this update Shohoz have an record of this type of errors. Sadly Uber and Pathao is improving very fast and Shohoz is lagging behind. Even OBHAI is getting better so if the devs don’t do anything it’ll go extinct.Show lessDragöñ štôńé

I have fallen an accident while taking shohoz ride..I reported that for many times but in the end that have gone in vain..after that accident my fare was 60-70 .i paid to the rider as i was thinking that shohoz will return me and they will take some steps for that...but my thought was wrong...And still they did nothing and they deleted my report also..worst service i have seen ever...Show lessSafayet fahim

I have waited minimum 30 minutes today for riders. No one accepted my ride request. I am very frustrated for this .parvez.rahman
Needs lots of lots of development.
I’ve tried a couple of apps that offer similar services including Uber and Pathao. Unfortunately, Shohoz is by far the worse of them all. Very poor quality server. The rides keep canceling automatically. I literally spend 30 minutes and still could not get a bike. After a few days, I tried to order my dinner using their food service and again I was disappointed. 35 minuets after placing the orders the delivery man calls and tells me that he is heading towards the restaurant. 30 minuets after I get another call saying that the order has been cancelled. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. Needs a lot of work in both human resource and information technology departments.Show lessN A Reason
