Poor payment facilities.

They’ve a very bad payment online policy. Firstly, their app wasn’t working and after I gave my card details they cancelled my order and are telling me that they’d give the money via bank account within 7-10 working days.

App opens with a full screen ad!! 👎🏻

Who wants to see an ad right after launching it for a service. Nobody wants to see ads when s/he’s in a rush and tries to search for a ride.
I hate to receive push notifications 5/6 times in a day.
Hope you change things for a better user experience.

Add more features

Add a section to add all favourite restaurants of each customers add review section for each restaurants(like pathao and Uber eats favourites section)
Every fuging food delivery app has it
Without the review section I don't feel confident to order a food and I ordered the same thing from foodpanda and Uber eats where customers reviews the food and it gives reliability

Not working in some regions

I really like this app but it doesn’t work in my region. I would like to get your attention on fixing that my region is Golartek road Mirpur Dhaka.
I have many restaurants nearby. But I need to travel to mirpur 2 to have my delivery. Fix this.

Please do not use Shohoz. I am a sufferer.

Very poor application. It may cost unusual money if you use it. I used Shohoz ride. Their rider didn’t have proper papers. Traffic Sargent caught him and I had close the ride at middle and it cost me 204 Tk for 1km. Please do not use Shohoz.
