I have had the app constantly freeze on me and would not let me end trips. I’ve had to uninstall it and reinstall it a few times until I got fed up and decided to just close it. To make matters worse whenever I call support the keeps on dropping, it was so frustrating.iratetwo

1- طلبات اللي تندفع بالبطاقة.. هذي دايم تكون تحت التحقيق وبعدها يجي المشوار ب ١١ ريال رغم ان المشوار طويييل
2- اقفل المشوار ولايطلع لي المبلغ المطلوب ويطلع بعد ما امشي من عند العميل وبكذا انا الخسران
3- سالفة الطلب ذهب الى سائق اخر اللي تكلموا عنها الشباب
4- تغيير الحالة من متوفر الى غير متوفر من غير سبب
5- عدم قبول التطبيق ادخال مبلغ اقل من المطلوب بسبب رفض العميل للدفع
6- عدم اظافة مبلغ اكثر لاظافته لرصيد العميل
7- الدعم في التيليجرام الرد عندهم متاخر جدا
اتمنى تطورون التطبيق باسرع وقت وتظيفون خاصيات جديدة مثل تغيير الصورة الشخصية

I’ve been trying to reach customer service but no response! I forgot my password and i tried to reset it so many times, every time it says that an SMS was sent to reset the password i do not receive anything!!! This is the 3d time that I’m writing this and I believe that no support will be done!!Ssshahddd

صارت لي حركة في الفترة الأخيرة كل ما اقبل الطلب يعلق لي الطلب بعدين يكتب (عفواً ذهاب الطلب لكباتن اخر ) او يفعل من تلقاء نفسها وضعية
( غير متوفر) للعلم و اكرر انا ارفع لقبول الطلب لا كان يسوي لي نفس ماذكرت سابقاً وكثير من الأحين لمه يكون عندي زبون وإنهي المشوار يقفل البرنامج وكل مره اتواصل مع الدعم الفني و كثر من الأوقات يكون لوكيشن غير دقيق و يخاصمني او مايكون معي الزبون لطيف لسبب هاذي المشكلة وانا ليس لي ذنب أتمناء حل هاذهي المشكلة وشكراً .Show lessAbu Jouhar🖤✨.

I have found a bug in the app. The screen flashes in less than a second or seconds you can barely notice and the status changes to offline then the pop up screen comes saying you have missed a booking and forced to go offline.
It’s huge issue/ bug as captains lose their acceptance rate.Show lessMoaledma
