Find literally any other place to bank than here. Staff can’t be bothered to talk with you. Any time I try to call it’s at least 5 mins on hold before I talk to anyone. Communication is non existentNew Mobile App
This app is a great addition for the credit union. With the access of Touch ID, PIN, Facial or Voice recognition, I can gain access to my account with ease. Plus it’s really convenient to be able to make a deposit by phone.Slow
The app is so slow and unwieldy making it extremely difficult to perform even basic actions. Fix it please.
