Unusable
Find literally any other place to bank than here. Staff can’t be bothered to talk with you. Any time I try to call it’s at least 5 mins on hold before I talk to anyone. Communication is non existent
New Mobile App
This app is a great addition for the credit union. With the access of Touch ID, PIN, Facial or Voice recognition, I can gain access to my account with ease. Plus it’s really convenient to be able to make a deposit by phone.
Slow
The app is so slow and unwieldy making it extremely difficult to perform even basic actions. Fix it please.
Not much more than the mobile site
Really not much more than the mobile site going through the browser but can add mobile deposit.
Really needs the ability to login with touchid/faceid and work more like an actual app rather than browser emulator.
