They close tickets and take no action
I have used this app for a few years and submitted about a half-dozen tickets for problems ranging from potholes to graffiti. I notice it depends on which area handles your complaint whether they actually do something or not. In Vacaville (Solano County), I have submitted three tickets over the last few weeks because there’s potholes all over I-80. I receive an initial email indicating the issue will be addressed, followed by another email indicating the situation has been addressed (when it hasn’t). In submitting tickets in San Mateo and Solano County, they seem to actually address the issue. Not sure this thing is worth it if they just close tickets and pretend that they did something.

App could be better
The app is okay. Somewhat slow and not as well developed as LA311. No place to upload pictures, slow loading. Considering the app has been around for at least 3 years it should be more user friendly. The only good feature is the ability to see all of your service requests.
Loving this app so far.
Much easier to use with the app, than on my phone than the mobile web browser. Only thing giving me this 5 stars is that the map fills in after zooming in or out. Otherwise one might think the map takes forever to load.
