Will not pair to my hearing aids
This app claims to pair with my hearing aids. I can’t get it to work. The old app worked fine. I’m very disappointed.

Hello, my hearing aids are disconnected from you and I have a lot of problems, I don't know what to do, but my hearing is very weak and it depends on the hearing aids, what should I do?

Hi there, Thankyou for getting in touch. You will need to contact your audiologist who will be able to get your app and/or Telecare system reconnected up to your aids, test your aids and if need be arrange for adjustments to improve the level of amplification, or testing and repair. Pairing
Claims my hearing aids aren’t paired but they are. This app obviously can’t discern between what is pairs and what isn’t. I followed all the directions under Help, and still won’t work. I won’t be coming back until this app actually works.
