Flawed tracks and poor customer service
Be aware that some tracks contain mistakes outside the 30-second preview that make them unusable. The much-vaunted refund or exchange policy does not apply if you use the app rather than the website. On learning what a hassle a refund would be, I asked for an exchange instead. My request has been ignored. I am deleting the app — this one is expensive roulette as to whether you actually get what you buy. Really cannot recommend.

Has everything!
I always struggle to find tracks for obscure MT songs and Scottish songs, and this app always has them! It is so useful if you want small adjustments in key/tempo and does it at the click of a button. So easy and so useful!
Great Resouce
This is a great resource for singers and musicians who need tracks which are otherwsie hard to find. This has been my go to spot when I need something less mainstream. Great service.
Life Saver for Singers
I am a devoted and long-time PianoTrax user. As a professional performer, I can count on these tracks to be clean, appropriately tempoed, and musically interesting. You can tell the pianist is a superb accompanist as he follows the musical markings in an artful way and his dynamics and timing match the emotional arc of the song. He’s even made me tracks in a short amount of time when I have an upcoming audition! The app itself is easy to use and wonderful for voice lessons and self-taping sessions alike.

Amazing.
Great app for backing tracks, it gives you the piano track accurate to the sheet music and in a variety of keys so you can go up or down depending on your range. well worth a download!!
Fantastic range and quality
The availability of more niche tracks, in a range of keys, has been brilliant for teaching students a wide repertoire without an accompanist available. Great quality sound, and melody versions great for practice.

Perfect for Musical Theatre
As a musical theatre actress and singer, I’m always searching for accompaniment tracks for my songs. PianoTrax is perfect because it lets you browse songs by genre/era, and it has even the most obscure MT songs. The tracks themselves are very professional and are super easy to use. I love PianoTrax!
