  • Strongly Recommend! The Best By Far!!!

    We LOVE this software for our lawn care business. We’ve been using Mobile Live in all of our service vehicles and for our sales people in the field for about five years now. It’s helped us to grow our business to seven figures. They keep adding new features and capabilities that help us to communicate with customers and internally with team that make this the most valuable software of its kind. I’ve seen others and there is no comparison! Great customer support and training from Real Green Systems too. I don’t write many reviews on here but I was surprised to see anything lower than five stars (so I had to say something)! I find that most of negative experience I’ve heard is due to user error. The app and the web-based software is intuitive and easy to use and we continue to implement new advanced features each year! I would definitely contact them for a demo to see if it’s a good fit for your business!
  • Terrible

    This app is terrible it is constantly shutting down and freezes. I have to delete and re download the app at least once a week to get it to work, sometimes multiple times a week. If I did not have to use the app for work I would have permanently deleted the it long ago.
  • Total garbage

    If I wasn’t forced to use this app for my job I wouldn’t. It’s trash. The app crashing during each service call and I have re log back into the app every time I get back in my truck. With is 30+ times a day. I would give it zero stars if I could. Most updates make it run even worse than before. Avoid this horrible app at any cost.

    App kicks me every other minute. Not to mention it will log me out and sometimes punch me out. I have been trying to get my bosses to switch out of this terrible app
  • Terrible!!

    This has to be one of the worse apps every made!!! It crashes all the time and is beyond slow even if you’re connected to WiFi. If it isn’t crashing by itself you have to manually close the app yourself because it freezes. I would never recommend this app to anyone and o my use it myself because sadly it’s the app I have to use for work. Mobile Live is hands down the worst part of my job!
  • Force closes too often

    Every time the app closes you have to log back in. With 20 stops per day, we spend way too much time logging back into mobile live. Very frustrating!
  • Worst work app ever

    I use this app for a company I work for and the app adds on at least an hour and a half to my work day just from it shutting down on itself all the time and not working properly, making me get home a LOT later than I intended to. It’s a piece of junk - constant crashes. Constant loading. Constant logging in and losing data. The operating parameters on this app are Stone-age and need a MASSIVE overhaul! Of course, the tech department in charge, I’m not sure if they’d
    actually do something about it to operate smoothly.

    Kicks me off after each job!!! Very annoying to have to keep signing in after every job!!!
  • Worst app I’ve ever used!

    I have used this app for 2 years, Android and apple, crashes constantly, error codes constantly, and always slow! Don’t trust any 5 star reviews of this app. Everyone I work with has the same problems constantly.
  • Doesn’t work as promised

    Incredibly slow, we spend way too much time waiting for production to load, or routes to refresh. I can’t do anything without being asked to start timer, so it takes twice as long as it should to navigate between screens. Some features work some don’t, app crashes way too often, fails to record start and stop times. Seems to be par for the course for real green systems, the entire system service assistant, mobile live, ama, all of it is very disappointing. You’ll spend more time and money on the phone with tech support then you’ll ever be able to make back using their software.
