I can’t see nothing in my add????

Unusable since latest update

Since the automatic update of the app recently it has stopped working. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it just crashes. Have been using the app for a couple of years as it’s essential for my work without any issues.

Thanks for fixing the issue back to being as good as it always was 👍

Can't delete messsges

Only use it for work, annoying that I can't delete a message after reading it.

Suddenly stopped working

I don’t know if there’s been an update but the app no longer works, shutting down as soon as it tries to open. I now can’t access my pay, annual leave, anything. Utterly stuck without anywhere else to go. iPhone 7s on OS 15.7.7

Doesn’t work

Can’t even open the app up with it shutting itself down ….. rubbish app

No good

When I first downloaded the app it was brilliant. However, for the last few months I don’t get a feed, it’s just a blank screen. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling but it doesn’t make any difference. Why is this ????

Not working on iPhone 12 with latest iso updates 16.4.2

Since the update I can no longer see the news feed it's just blank

Can not print out

App is great but no option to print out or save or download payslips from the app which is very disappointing when they need to be printed off to be sent away

Hi there, thanks for your feedback! We do have these options available, but there are many ways your admin could have enabled payslip access. If you contact them, they'll be able to get in touch with us and we can work out a way to enable these options for you.
