New App is Horrible
Do not update from your old app to this new app. Really is garbage. I even called the company to walk thru the issues. They don’t care. I don’t need 90% of the functionality of the new app. Fortunately I got the manual control to work otherwise I would not be able to adjust on my Wrangler for off road. New Update Causes Issues
After the most recent update, I am constantly getting the traction control error. Where am I entire car goes into limp mode and can’t go over a certain rev limit. And also doesn’t change gears. If I use the module itself, I don’t get any issues. New update definitely has some bugs.__raff
The update is terrible
I understand you guys are trying my to rebrand, add some new functionality to the app, be hip and trendy and make it the one stop shop for all things pedal commander. But boy is the new update garbage. The registration is hard to use and pointless, why should I create an account to change my acceleration on my car. Why is there a new feed button on an app to control my throttle. Why can I shop for other controllers when I obviously already have one, that’s why I downloaded the app in the first place. The whole thing feels redundant and filler, the old interface, although it certainly showed its age, made sense, was easy to understand, and did the one thing it needed to do well. Control your controller. To the developers, you probably already spent money updating the app, so you don’t want to revert it and waste your money, I understand. But as a consumer, the old design was objectively better, and easier to use. If you kept the new design for controlling the device but removed the bloat ware aspect, I’d have absolutely no issue and actually appreciate the change. But by adding so many unnecessary things, especially when I only own the app to do 1 thing, it feels like you guys are out of touch with what your app is even supposed to be.Show lessnotquinndavis
So sad to see how the app has changed
Previously the app was so easy to use. I could quickly change a setting and move on. Now, you have to create an account and allow it to track your location? Why? The good news is the pedal commander itself has buttons so I can still manually change the settings. The bad news is the app is essentially a total loss. Please update it or change it back to what it was. This was an unnecessary and terrible change and clearly your customers aren’t happy with it.Show lessVCU2011
Should have left the main part of the app alone
I thought the app was perfect before I don’t need animations I’m not gonna sit and watch the app so it doesn’t need speed on there which doesn’t work. I don’t need to know that I can change between mile per hour in kilometers every time I open the app now when you, use the power button to turn it off and on in the app it resets your plus or minus just more you have to mess with that you shouldn’t have toShow lessHD100th03FatBoy
Horrible Upgrade
New interface is awful. Not user friendly at all. Please bring back or let us choose the old interface. Much easier to change on the fly too. May look for a new throttle controller after this. Ugh!Jeff0720
Yep great apparently deleted my entire account
Everything seemed to work fine until I clicked the app and realized they had done an update. Apparently my entire account had been deleted. So I had to create a new account and re-add my vehicles. Disappointing. That was a wasted 45 minutes of my life.pauldecarlo
Unwanted interface and required cell connection?
If you want to alienate your user base, forcing a live data connection is the way to do it.
You actually made me run over my data plan with this and cost me $100 in overage charges. I have the receipt to prove it.

App used to work great before update
The old app worked great, there was no reason for this new over the top app. It freezes and will not connect to the pedal commander, why do you need to know where I am going with the tracking? The GPS speed is way off, pretty much useless. Wish I could go back to the old version of the app.qweryidbs
Worst update
There was nothing wrong with the old app. Why?
1. If I have install an app and REQUIRES me to have my location setting ON just for setup is ridiculous.
2. Had to reconnect my device but atleast my settings came on.
3. Could get back into the app and from what I read in the reviews is a display font issue.
4. QA in this software update sucked.
5. Bring back the old interface, even as an option. The new interface is too busy.
6. And if it's true you need cell coverage to use this app, I'm selling my pedal commander and getting something else. My device is behind my dash for a cleaner look and use my app to change my settings when offroading and in the mountain wear coverage can be an issue.
7. Have been using the pedal commander since 2019 and never had one complaint about the interface.Show lessrb#757
