Can not link to the video

While I open the link after the update, it will exit immediately and cannot link to the video call. Please fix the problem ! Thanks!

Absolutely brilliant

This service is wonderful. It is so easy to use and at 70 years old I down loaded the app, added photos and information all by myself. So far had two face to face calls with my son and will be booking another soon.
Thank you so much to the powers that be for arranging this service.

Unsupported

Should state it’s only for the UK even though it shows US on the scroll down page.

Hi there, our service only supports UK prisons, however, family members from the US (and internationally) can use our service to keep in touch with prisoners based in the UK.

It works a lot better now then during covid

It works a hell of a lot better now then during covid when you had to sit still for 30 minutes now you can move around.

Great contact

If you are unable to visit your loved one, a video call is the next best thing. I enjoyed 30 minutes of clear conversation and good audibility. Definitely worth a try.

Not great!

I spend weeks trying to book video calls with my partner but he tells me other prisoners family don’t have problems but yet I do! Then when I get dates available I get kicked off the app! In about 6 months I’ve had one video call and the whole time it kept checking clothing/checking participates. Purple visits were a millions times better and I’ll never understand why they changed to this app!

No notification

Wish I could give this 0 stars. I was scheduled a video visit for 10:45am, been on the app 10 mins prior to that & no notification appeared on the app even after the time. Was on the phone to the prison and they said it wasn’t allowing them to join either. They kept trying and trying, and still no notification appeared on my phone. I was told to write a complaint because this is absolutely horrible! I live 10 hours away so can’t book physical visits regularly. A simple app can’t even work properly!
