Absolutely horrendous
4th time using this app and not one call has been successful! Sat waiting for a call that never happens!!
Rules and regulations
I don’t understand as to why either parties cannot smoke in front of camera. Secondly regarding appropriate clothing. Last time I spoke to my brother I was told off for not wearing appropriate clothing on camera. I thought this was a prison video not a church video.

I was wearing an off the shoulder top. I found this rather absurd to say the least. Videos should be also be allowed to be for longer as prisoners do not have the right to visits as yet.

Brilliant and free
After reading the comments about this app myself and my partner were a little unsure about using this. But as he is nearly 3hrs away and I can only visit once every 2 months we thought we’d risk trying it out. Plus it’s free and we get longer than the 10mins we get on the phones currently. Had a notification 15mins before the start time of meeting so sat waiting to begin. Meeting started a couple of minutes late but we still got 26mins to talk and see each other which was brilliant. Only issue we had was his end and that the headphones he’d been provided with didn’t work so ended up on speaker but we dealt with it. All in all was a good experience and we’re glad we decided to try it out. No issues with connection. Will definitely try this method of communication again.

Wouldn’t waste your time.
Absolute rubbish. Never works. Our poor little girl doesn’t understand why daddy never calls. It’s so ridiculous having a service that NEVER works. Disappointment every single time. No option to reschedule. 1st time call never even rang. 2nd time no sound or video then just cut off after 2 minutes. Honestly awful.

Cancelled calls
Waited all week for a video call with my baby , as he grabs the phone I can not hold it in my hand.
Mid call I went to pick the phone up and accidentally screenshot call was immediately disconnected and all future video calls have been cancelled I think this is very harsh as it was a accident you can clearly tell it was accident on the call!!!!

No notification to join call?
Had a call scheduled for 9am Saturday no option to join call, no notification, nothing in the app, no phone line open so can’t get any help & live chat isn’t live at all. I wouldn’t care so much if kids weren’t waiting all week for a call with their dad!
Not sure how the app shows such a high overall rating when all I can see is multiple 1star reviews. Had a bad experience every time with this app. Wish I could give 0 stars.
