Doesn’t keep track
The whole purpose of wearing a tracker is to keep consistent track of my health and not have to open the everyone to check.
Unfortunately, I have wasted big money on this one, I need to continuously open my app to ensure that my device is connected to the tracker and it’s just a fail. Is it not going to get any better?? I wish the developers could do something

Seems to be no longer supported
Always says there’s a update but then says update failed also no way to look at old readings

I sent an email to support team about my issue, Heka plus iPhone app has been malfunctioning for the past 2 months, I reached a stage that I can’t use it at all now so my $400 helo lx is completely useless

The app will not open after it does the health plan thing every two hours. I have to constantly redownload the app for it to work.

Problems with registration
I have had this device for a while now and had recently had a problem with the firmware update finally had to delete the app. Since that time I cannot get any help

Saved my life but now keeps crashing
I had the flu a couple of weeks ago and my wife filled my pill caddy. She left out my main blood pressure med. the alarm kept bugging me so I checked and discovered problem.
Now the app keeps crashing and this concerns me. HELP !!!!!

App crashing
Is there a way to contact Heka company because the app was fine for couple weeks now it’s been crashing a lot please fix. This the only way I know to use the helo watch! I had already contacted them on the website and no answer yet please contact me!!! Ty
