Sleep, EKG, Steps, Charging, Crashes
So I have many complaints, I have had my HELOLX since they first came out. I did have the first one before. It worked great. I was trying to be a distributor... that didn’t work.. too expensive.. anyway.. it seemed to work good for a while, but never like the first one. But it have been a steady decline. I have to charge it about every 36 hours, the app continuously crashes (open to check a measurement) & before I can do anything it closed it self down. The “Sleep” continues to read that I’m sleeping like 18 to 28 hour😳.. it’s unbelievable.. the EKG ALWAYS say “NORMAL” this one is I have AFIB sometimes I can feel my heart skipping & racing, but it will still say normal. The “Steps” are always off. Some days while charging, since I have to do that so often, it will day I have a ton of steps, but haven’t even had the thing on. I have heart issues, would like the SOS feature to work so it could reach my husband in Emergencies, but his HELOLX won’t even work at all anymore & he got his same time as I did.
Maybe these are the reasons some of the TOP level people left the HELO company.
Sad to say.. as much I love the idea of the health & safety features of this product. It seems they have fallen short. I think I will have to just pull out my FitBit. So I can at least measure my step, heart, & sleep.

Even pin doesn’t work
I can’t even receive pin. Never worked...
This app DOES NOT WORK???
Omg, 2 days and every time I open it shuts down. What’s the point of thdevice again if you can’t get it work!!!! ANNOYING!

Too many issues
I have had helo classic and have helo LX.
I literally waste all my money because I either have to download the app in a shady way or when I download this app I can’t even get passed the registration page. I get the pin but the app says network failure. When is this going to be fixed?!? I was told it would finalize over a year ago!!!

Piece of junk for the money
I finally figured out why my helo lx won’t get past the calibration. The prongs are broken on it. Don’t waste your money on this.

Why doesn’t Blood Oxygen get measured automatically with the other vitals?
I was eager to try out the HEKA+ app with my HELO LX+ but I’m a little disappointed. Blood oxygen levels aren’t measured automatically along with the other vital signs....WHY? For someone monitoring a loved one’s blood oxygen level in WeCare this is distressing.
Why isn’t blood oxygen listed in the parameters that be monitored? I won’t get alerts if this isn’t measured in the Guardian feature. Another big WHY??
The LED lights can’t be adjusted in the HEKA+ app but could be adjusted in the HEKA app....WHY?
These seem to be easy fixes, PLEASE MAKE THESE IMPROVEMENTS!!

Please fix!
When I first linked up my Helo to the app, it worked seamlessly. Now, after a day, the app won’t even launch.
Please fix this as when it’s working, it works wonderfully. But right now I can’t even open it!
