Same issue as others - auto renewal dissatisfaction
So I cancelled 3 months service within an hour of the renewal, and I didn’t qualify for even a pro-rated refund. Just donated money. Merry Christmas. Wont return. Buyer beware. One day businesses will learn that the best customer is a repeat customer.
That all said, I’m sure the service is fine. Just read the rules and be diligent beforehand.
