Leave a Review My Inventory
Share inventory
Is there not a way to share inventory with another user? I paid and downloaded the app and uploaded over 100 items. Then my employee downloaded the same app. I was expecting to share the same inventory by the username and password or file name with my employee so we both could see it in real time. Is there no way to do this???Show lessDeveloper Response
Thank you for your feedback. You can automatically share data using the iCloud file-sharing feature. We've provided instructions on how to set this up at the following URL: https://wasabi-apps.co.jp/myinventory/icloud_file_share_jp.pdf (Sorry, Japanese only) Please note that this method simply synchronizes files, and the app itself does not implement exclusive control (which would prevent inconsistencies caused by simultaneous access). We recommend setting up operational rules with your team to manage and protect the data. We do not manage or store your data on our servers, so we are unable to restore any lost or corrupted data. Please be mindful of this when sharing and managing your files.Need to add custom re-arrangement of items
Love the app, just need to be able to customly rearrange the items in the list or grid layout.Developer Response
Thank you for your review! It is possible to rearrange items as you like. When the sorting is turned off in the list view, you can press the Edit button to enter the edit mode. In this mode, handles will appear on the right side of each item, allowing you to long-press and drag them to rearrange their positions freely. We hope this helps, and we appreciate your feedback.Database Does not exist
App was brilliant and has all the features but now opening there is an error message saying database does not exist and stays on that screen. Very disappointed now.Developer Response
The database file on iCloud may not be synchronized with the database file on the device. Please try the following method. Synchronize (download) the database file using the Files App. Launch the Files App. Select the MyInventory folder. If there is a download mark on the right side of data, it hasn't be synchronized. Tap it to download. When finished, close the Files App and restart My Inventory.
