Cannot listen to audio with the screen off
For some reason if you turn the screen off on your iPhone, the audio also stops. This is very annoying if you want to listen to the audio whilst you are walkingHaty1
Excellent training app
I’ve used this app with my company for a good while. I’ve never experienced any issues with the app but it is unfortunate that others have problems. I’ve excelled being a salesman with the app and the training it provides. I encourage others to explore this and attempt to integrate it into their company if not already.Show less👨🏽💼📱🤳
Literally does not work at all
This is so and it’s not even funny
I’m trying to do a course for my job and not only does the website pester you to download the app every time you click something without a “do not show this again” button which I believe is illegal and you cannot continually display pop up adds like that
When I download the app to use the course because one of the modules literally did not work on the website it wouldn’t let me do anything
I logged in tried clicking every button and it kept saying I cannot go to this URL
Why harass me about the poorly designed app if it doesn’t even work in

Password Not working
For some reason the password will not take when it takes you to the URL for the site that you are receiving the training. I checked and double checked the password that I use on the desktop, even changed the password for the app, and the password will still not work. I don’t get it 🤷🏾♂️Kandgamer79
Doesn’t work
This application doesn’t work even though I input all the correct informations that was stated. It kept displaying username incorrect or it erases everything and you would need to start all over again.justsomeshyguy

Content/videos don’t load… spinning wheel of death
Can’t do any of my coursework from the app because none of the content will load. Just get the spinning wheel of death for minutes trying to get a video to load… never ends up loading.
Maybe check out Datadog as a way to improve the performance of your mobile app and backend services.Leerice1
