Content/videos don’t load… spinning wheel of death
Can’t do any of my coursework from the app because none of the content will load. Just get the spinning wheel of death for minutes trying to get a video to load… never ends up loading.

Dumb password rule
This app has the most ridiculous password logic and rules that make it super annoying to log into or change your password.
Garbage, really disappointing for mobile users
The app is pretty much garbage. I get an error message when trying to view my profile or dashboard that says it can’t be used in the mobile app. In the actual training I get more error messages and if it does load it won’t play. Did anyone test this?

Just always freezes on login or forgot password with no error message

It is an inconvenience having to log in each and every time I use the app.
The app crashes once I have the content up and leave it for 5 seconds undisturbed.
Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app; same issue.
Not a productive app when trying to study.
Using iPad 6th Gen for reference.
Works fine on phone, but screen is much too small.

App works as well as the courses are designed
Worked well the first try since the courses and site were layed out well.
Utterly dreadful
The most dreadful app. I downloaded it to carry out an online learning course as recommended by the course provider. Tried it on my phone at first…impossible. The screen was 5 times larger than the phone could show, and it wouldn’t/couldn’t reduce it…which all made it impossible. So deleted it and installed it on the iPad. Only slightly more watchable. It constantly stopped and started. The play/pause icons were outside of the screen and so it often paused itself and I’d find myself sat there waiting. It also randomly skipped lessons and I found myself watching something I’d already watched, or advanced to a lesson I hadn’t watched and so couldn’t answer the questions! Of course there were the random black screens which meant a restart. Differing volumes between lessons meant one moment the guy was booming, next he was whispering and I found myself scrambling for the volume button. It’s slow, glitchy and so painfully unusable at times I had to delete it and do the lessons online. Some of these complaints I note people have been complaining about for a couple of years so it’s clear the developer has no intention of ever sorting these out. Do yourself a favour and avoid this one. Thank me later.

The app closes within the first minute of being open
