  • Garbage, really disappointing for mobile users

    The app is pretty much garbage. I get an error message when trying to view my profile or dashboard that says it can’t be used in the mobile app. In the actual training I get more error messages and if it does load it won’t play. Did anyone test this?
  • Login poor

    Just always freezes on login or forgot password with no error message
  • App Crashes

    It is an inconvenience having to log in each and every time I use the app.
    The app crashes once I have the content up and leave it for 5 seconds undisturbed.
    Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app; same issue.
    Not a productive app when trying to study.
    Using iPad 6th Gen for reference.
    Works fine on phone, but screen is much too small.

  • App works as well as the courses are designed

    Worked well the first try since the courses and site were layed out well.
  • Utterly dreadful

    The most dreadful app. I downloaded it to carry out an online learning course as recommended by the course provider. Tried it on my phone at first…impossible. The screen was 5 times larger than the phone could show, and it wouldn’t/couldn’t reduce it…which all made it impossible. So deleted it and installed it on the iPad. Only slightly more watchable. It constantly stopped and started. The play/pause icons were outside of the screen and so it often paused itself and I’d find myself sat there waiting. It also randomly skipped lessons and I found myself watching something I’d already watched, or advanced to a lesson I hadn’t watched and so couldn’t answer the questions! Of course there were the random black screens which meant a restart. Differing volumes between lessons meant one moment the guy was booming, next he was whispering and I found myself scrambling for the volume button. It’s slow, glitchy and so painfully unusable at times I had to delete it and do the lessons online. Some of these complaints I note people have been complaining about for a couple of years so it’s clear the developer has no intention of ever sorting these out. Do yourself a favour and avoid this one. Thank me later.

  • Not usable

    The app closes within the first minute of being open
  • Logging in could be streamlined

    Please refine the log in and off-line use experience. Logging in each time I open the app is cumbersome. App often does now work in off-line use. I enjoy using when it works though.
  • URL problems

    Tried to access app and just like many of the reviews before me it doesn’t work
  • Cannot Access App AT ALL!

    Every time I try to log into my platform, it says wrong credentials. However, I access my platform website on my browser app and my login works just fine. Your application is broken and is honestly pointless at this point in time.
  • Terrible

    I didn’t know an app could be so terrible.

    If I could leave zero stars I would.

    Just as an example, every time I go to watch a video in a course it works fine. At least until the video ends, or I want to exit the video to go to different content. The “back” button becomes inaccessible and I have to close the app and restart.

    Other times, I will exit back to the main menu and it will default to my downloaded content - of which I have none because I am only using this while online.

    I’ve reverted back to watching videos and looking at content through my phones Internet browser rather than using this app. At least until these folks figure it out
