Write a native app
This is genuinely one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. It’s essentially just a wrapper for a web browser. It’s so slow and buggy - logs you out every time you use it, then 80% of the time when you try and log in it errors out and you have to try again. It genuinely takes me 5+ minutes to get into the app every time I want to use it. Please write an actual native app instead of just using a browser wrapper and passing it off as an “app”.

Not designed for rostered rotating shift work
This is not a programme suited for hospital rostered rotating or staggered shifts.
From a management viewpoint time consuming, not intuitive.
Does not allow staff to swap their own shifts, requires more time and work for management input.
From a user point of view, no ability to read only without logging in, does not sync with any other calendar for easy viewing.

Sometimes I can’t even use the app
I am no stranger to online clocking apps amongst workplaces but this app is definitely one of the worst I have ever used. Especially in my experience if you use your phone. You’re constantly logged out of the app, forced to log back in; and in many occasions the whole app just crashes itself. I have spent almost 30 minutes trying to view my roster for the next week! Please just fix something with the connectivity issues, just anything, i dunno. Maybe throw some money at it and start satisfying the people who are relying on this app daily 🙏
