When ukg first got implemented it felt weird to use and was a little bit more complicated then the last app we used being that it had atleast 4 different functions being “start break” “end break” “start lunch” “end lunch” making it easy to miss click and press the wrong button. Now it’s been shrunk to just one being “clock in/clock out” making it impossible to miss click. These changes have made the ability to clock in/out easier then before. Never works
Geolocation feature is always broken. Worked fine for a while now not working at all. Never had issues before this week. Manual over ride for most of the punches. Or time clock if your store still has them. The location has caused me to miss some paid time because it took to long to work and had to file a grievance. Does not time clock round but is supposed to. Will bring this up with union as it is denying us pay. It use to honor these rules. The app is confusing to use most of the time even after the learning curve. Time off requests not always seen on managements end is frustrating. Especially when you know most are always guaranteed. The app seems to go down a lot and everyone scrambles to input missed punches to get paid on time. Our store has had to file a couple union grievances because it went off line so much we did not get paid. When you go to punch some times it selects one for you even though you did not select it. So you get to go i to the correction place and it still wont let you correct the error. The program has issues and is frustrating to use. Entering vacation is confusing and there is no tutorial on it. When calling out sick there is no way to enter a request to let the managers input sick pay. I hate to say it but kronos at least worked. This is new and full of bugs and issues. Have had issues of schedules ghosting then reappearing or not registering i am there and it doesnt let me punch in.Show lessRaneeC555
No bad, but could be better
I love how many features are in this app and program—it may be that I just haven’t figured out how to do things in it yet, but not having a total hours for a specific period is frustrating. I can see the daily hours, but there is no total that adds it all together.
I would love the schedule view to be calendar as opposed to list as well. This may be a setting for my company.
If any of these things are figured out and it turned out to be setting things I will change my review.Show lessStacey620
