Data only displayed intermittently since latest update
Updated 010619: thanks to the developer- bug that was preventing data from being displayed is fixed!
Agree with review from 19/5: was working fine until latest update, now bricked!
Does on occasion display data - but only rarely.
Data is however being uploaded to Weather Underground and Ecowitt
Please, please, fix this - it was a simple, but effective, app before!

Update fixed problem
Recently I added a low star review of the app as bugs crept into what was an app that worked for me.
Well - thanks devs for updating the app - now it’s fixed the bug and it’s working fine !

I can’t see the custom upload facility
Over the past few months loads of new features have been added: These features are very useful and much appreciated.
The functionality of this weather station is rapidly becoming as good as much more expensive models, thanks to these frequent firmware and app updates.
One thing that is still lacking however is the ability to link the station to a home sever: Cumulus or WeeWx data upload would be fantastic. I hoped that this latest ‘custom upload’ feature would allow ‘FineOffset’ connection by Cumulus or WeeWx - or at the very least the ability to access the weather server from a local PC, via a web page for example. I know some other brands of this same hardware (using different software) allow assess to the IPObserver by entering the station IP address in browser.
If there was just some way to get the weather data off the station and into locally hosted weather software, this would be THE best value, highest quality weather station out there for the price.
As it stands you can see battery level, air pressure, rain levels, wind direction and speed, indoor and outdoor temp, etc. It’s all very comprehensive and nicely laid out.

App does not work after update!
Very basic and needs improvement
App is pleasant visually. However it does not show all data... for example it does not show min and max readings (PWS Monitor does this nicely). Graphs are small and cannot be used in landscape mode. Data points on the graphs cannot be selected to show the time they occurred. There is no option to select or display historical data.
Update: following an update or two, the app is now totally knackered. It no longer displays data from the station... at best intermittently. All other apps continue to work fine.... just not this one. Very disappointing.

It does the job
I’ve used this app to set up my WH2950 with my WiFi and Wunderground. While this is not the most intuitive app to use, following the instructions was easy enough and yielded a successful result on the first attempt. My station connected to the internet and became visible on Wunderground within minutes.
I have not yet tried upgrading the firmware with this app, as I am not sure which version I am running and whether I really should upgrade. Perhaps the developer can help clarify this.

Do not buy or install
After days of trying I cannot connect to the wifi (similar to the other reviewer).
The app has been updated without updating the instructions.
I will be taking the unit back to the shop for a refund.

Bit disappointed, needs a update badly!
Doesn’t show lux levels etc.
Needs to be intergrated with google home/Alexa. Needs ifttt support also.
Needs the keep up with the ambient weather app.
Shame my station (which is a copy of the ambient station) can’t use the ambient app. As it seems the ambient has all the latest features. Needs to be updated ASAP!

Works fine for me
Followed the directions and once it was all set up the last thing I did was pressed the reset button on the unit as instructed after installing the batteries. All works great!
