Same for me. App stopped working about 5 months ago. Has not been fixed or updated. Have to go to website instead.

I’ve deleted and downloaded again twice. It’s a shame because it’s a great app, very easy to use. Hopefully it gets fixed.

When I first downloaded this app a year ago it worked great! I was able to open the app and conveniently pay my loan...BUT now the App will not even open! I have deleted and redownloaded twice! I have made sure I have the most current version and it still will not let me. I click on the app the picture pops up and then it just closes the whole app. EVERYTIME!! I have even reported directly to Arivo and still no change been at least 8 months this way! I waited to make a review but maybe it’ll get fixed now if they know through a review.

The app used to open and work fine. But when you open it now, it force closes. I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled but it doesn’t fix it.
This app has been crashing for months! When is it going to be fixed!!!
