App doesn’t appear in my downloads from App Store.
I went to see if the app need an update. I found it missing from my downloads. I’m going to uninstall & reinstall to see if that works.

Great app
I love how easy it is to pick our own patients but this week the app has not been cooperating it shows i have patients on schedule when i don’t so im not allow to request any very frustrating.
Not working
Tried to log in but have to put my birthday doesn’t move from the same month date and year
So far so good.
Everything seems to be working well so 5 stars from me.
E-learning Care Connect
The e-learning section doesn't work well in the Care Connect app. I haven't completed the entire course yet, the program is "stuck", I can't go any further until I complete the previous task.

App was very good, course was interesting, useful, amazing for caregivers. Customer service excellent: friendly, polite and knowledgeable.
Fix bugs
There is bug one log onto computer get only let me do part one and rest of the part doesn’t let me do on computers also there is another bug is that it does not let me click on to the box and I try to do another lesson. It doesn’t let me!

The app was working so good to I log off n try to log back in . Because my e learning was course pause on me . The customer service send me a link to reset my my password n log in . It didnot work so now I cannot finished the elearning course . They have to get better with the app.

issue with elearning
Cannot select the item in of the 9 learning items in the third section of NEVVON Working place health and safety. The app is not responding and I cannot finish the required courses.
