Not efficient
The chat feature doesnt work, I have no way to contact my supervisor other than to call the agency
Error
I keep receiving a text to download the app, and when I do I get it, and then when I start to fill in the answer it is asking I put in the correct info, but when it comes to the question about my birthday date, it’s telling me that it doesn’t match there records, so I don’t know what to do.
Health wise
I wish there was a space that they can send patients environment on the app the same way they send patients information. For example; if the patient is a smoker or non smoker or have pets because it is fair to anyone that has Asthma. Thank you

App kept giving me an error message when I inputted my birthday. How is that possible ? Unable to get in.
Glitch
It would be nice if they fixed the glitch. It keeps having the shift on the wrong day . That’s very confusing and can lead people to go to work on the wrong day .
