CHHA who finds the app at the most very easy to use but that’s because it’s not a very useful app. Developers should put everything in one app. It’s difficult at times to contact/ communicate with and navigate clients. There are times that superiors operating with the app don’t know how to use it. They make simple avoidable mistakes. Can be difficult to know if a patient/ client is female or male. At times the addresses and contact numbers are wrong. This app should have proper gps capacity to sign in and out of cases instead of using Santrax. We should be able to use this app with the ease of access to do almost all necessary logistics instead of multiple apps. Coordinators and supervisors should be provided better tools and be adequately trained. I have developed apps at the age of 18 with more ease of access and functionality than this app is capable of. Often this app wastes our time.

Crashing problem
This app has never opened for me. It crashes as soon as I click it and I need it because I keep getting invited to do this for caregiver

The App needs to be updated, we are the soldiers of Parteners in Care, we need tools to make daily reports and to communicate with our supervisors. Sometimes it takes 20 or 30 minutes for operators to answer the telephone. Please ! In this way you can't work efficiently. Happy Holidays and efficiency for 2020 !

Preferences
It is not letting me change my preferences in my profile! I have connected to good wifi and it’s always saying error. I deleted the app and downloaded it again and it’s still doing the same thing. Please fix this issue!!
Worst app
I enter my birthday wrong and I went to the agency more than 3 times to be change and no one there even the person who deal with the app does not how to change it. HR does not know how to change it even the surpervisor. Another issue is in my agency PIC we are CHHA and the app shows PCA and they excuse is, they do not know why is showing PCA. I am not a PCA, I am a CHHA.

Pointless app
Pointless app .. supervisors are lazy don’t send work tell you to go to office. They don’t leave a number for you to contact them in case of emergency. Bunch of lazy people.
