  • Rubbish

    Still does not have my bank listed to be able to pay online which is frustrating. Virgin money.

    Hello, we're sorry this is happening. For online payments we use third party company feature called PayIt. This a feature of NatWest and unfortunately it's not something we can change on our end.   • Reset card

    I have a new card but could not save it due to maintenance on your side. Could not give 5 stars.

We recently released a new version of the app, which will have reset your log-in credentials, however once logged in you shouldn't experience this issue again.     I returned some items I bought and it’s been a month and still haven’t received my refund, and it has now brought my credit score down by a huge amount. Shocking to say the least

    Hi there, I'm sorry to hear that you've still not received your refunds. As we're only the credit card provider, I would advise getting in touch with the merchant directly for any updates. If the merchant isn't helpful, then please get in touch with us so we can advise you further. In the meantime, as the credit agreement is still in place, you will still need to make sure that the account is kept up to date, otherwise fees may be applied. I hope this helps - Nicole

    Emailed twice about delaying payment due to the current work situation over covid 19.
    Received no reply managed to pay today 2 days late,not happy at being told I maybe charged a late fee thanks for your support !

    Hi there, I'm sorry about this. You should've received a statement to notify you of your due date. Also, if you want additional notification, you should be able to personalise your alerts on the app by going to: More > Account Settings > Alert and Notifications. One of the alerts that we offer is to notify customers of their due date, so hopefully this will come handy to you - Nicole
  • Slow

    Very very slow. Every time I go to make a payment it says ‘system unavailable’. Because of this I will be closing my credit card account down. Very frustrating.

We did experience a server issue over 30/09- early 02/10 that caused our payment systems to fail, however this has now been resolved and you should be able to make payment as normal.   • Horrendous App

    Horrendous app. Absolute nightmare to log onto and set up. It’s quicker getting on my mobile banking app than it is to get on here.
