The ritz Carlton of home apps in Kuwait
This app and all of its content design, user friendly, and attention to details is enough to give the app 4 stars but I gave it 5 because it’s not just a pretty app the services and after service care that they provide is way above anything I have seen in Kuwait. They have raised the bar of service standards to a point where I am spreading the word. I tab the hat to the owners and creators who are always developing this app and it’s services. تجربتي لتركيب سراميك ماي هوم
١- كان الاتفاق التركيب السراميك خلال ( شهر ) ومر شهر ونصف والعمل لم ينجز .
٢- انا كنت طالبه عمال مختصه ( لتركيب السراميك ) اثناء الشغل بعد ما شفنا ردائه شغلهم وبعد ما قررنا نوقف التعامل معاهم اقر بو .... وقال ( اصل انا صحي وبقييب عماله تركب السراميك )!!!!!!!.
٣- لعب بكل قطع السراميك لعب مابقئ قطعه ماكسرها. ( شغل ترقيع ) خرب لي الطوف وسراميك ‼️.
٤- كسر لي بايب التكييف وصلحته علي حسابي الخاص
وكسر لي بايب الحمام ايظا .

This app is a no brainer
This app is a no brainer if you don’t have it yet. I used it several times for AC maintenance, plumbing issues, iPhone repair and more, and was always left satisfied with the job done. The app has a seamless user experience from putting in your order to the final payment for the service (definitely beats looking for service providers on classifieds ads!). Service providers were professional and always arrived on time. Prices are reasonable for the level of service provided. This app is a definite must have (5 stars +++)Show lessShmuley Boteach

I had an electrical emergency in my farm 40km away from the city. Took an appointment for next morning. Next morning an electrical team showed up on time without any problems reaching the location. الكفالة 🧐
قيمت البرنامج نجمتين بسبب ردائة خدمة الكفالة والسعر المبالغ فيه بالنسبة لصيانة النشافة.
طلبت خدمة معاينة نشافة بقيمة خمسة دنانير وحضر الفني بالوقت المتفق عليه وأخذ سبعة دنانير لقاء ضبطه ميزان رجل الغسالة وهو أمر سخيف ومضحك ، وأخذ كذلك إثنا عشر دينار لقاء تنظيفه فلتري النشافة كوني أشتكي من عدم تنشيفها .
أخيراً كانت الفاتورة ٥دك للفحص-٧دك للعيار-١٢دك لتنظيف الفلترين.
بعد ذلك كله جربت النشافه وإذا هي نفس العطل ولم تتصلح، طلبت الكفالة قبل يومين وأبلغوني بأنهم سيعينون لي فني وحتى الآن لا من مجيب.Show lessAlkoot
