Poorest app support customer service but sorted

There is no doubt that the app and content is excellent BUT if you need app technical issue assistance, you are thrown and treated like lowest priority!it was So disappointing, however, after 5 days, and me writing a one star review, I got tremendously good help so now giving benefit of doubt that my earlier experience might be just one off! No doubt the app content is great but they should give clear instructions that what people should do when they change phones.

no clear distinction between paid and free

Decent app but there is no clear distinction between paid and free content.

Some section have a lock icon indicating paid content but a majority of them do not. When. You click on them then they ask for payment.

Would be nice if they individually indicated what part is paid and what is available free?

Poor Support

Hi team,

I have been chasing the support team for past 1 week but didn’t receive any response. The content of library is not being updated. The latest content that I have is 20 December. And when I tried to re-install it on my phone , now it says” INSUFFICIENT_Credits”. I have paid subscription for one year, still mot able to access the app. The content is good but very disappointed with Support Team.

Really disappointed

This used to be my favourite app and I used it daily but there has been a huge increase in price (and someone’s maths is off saying there’s a 25% discount!) I tried contacting but no one responded.

Miss the app

I used to be able to use the app, and then one day had a problem with the vpn. Tried to reinstall it but I cannot get the otp nbr because I live in Aruba. I paid for the app previously and loved the app. I miss it, please help me out to get it back! Thank you!

I downloaded and filled my phone number but OTP message didn’t come.

Wonderful app

I use this every day and it is wonderful cause it has so many inspiring meditations and daily inspirations. I realy can't give it up since having it around. I found having an I-phone every once in a while it will seize up. I fix this problem with just turning the phone all the way off and then start the phone back up to reset and it works. I hope anyone else with the same issue will read this and help them with the app.

Didn’t receive the code

Hi, I downloaded this app yesterday and I have been trying to sign in for which I have to enter a code which I should receive on my phone. However, I tried so many times but still cant get the code.
