OTP not received
After the country code zero is not necessary and the app if forcing users to enter zero in front of the mobile number. When that is done that way OTP is not received.

Dear User, Hope you are able to access the App. Request you to click on the ‘Restore’ button within the ‘Subscribe’ tab of the ‘Profile’ section. This will re-activate your account.
