Buggy and unreliable

Access disabled without warning because of bugs in the system. Still waiting for a bug in the profile settings to be solved for many months, raised on the phone and in branch. 2FA (“matriz”) disabled without warning or notification and without a replacement (so you’ll lose online access to sensitive operations and only realise it when you need it, and then need to wait for a replacement in the mail). Main phone number changed without warning or notification, on top of bugs when using international numbers, which prevented me from doing sensitive operations needing SMS codes.

Average UX

I’ve been a CGD client since forever and the app used to be fairly easy to use. With the latest updates it became a bit painful. Navigation/UX is not intuitive. Some forms seem to be broken (ex.: standing order’s date picker displays an additional “Ok” button which magically appears and disappears. It took me 4 or 5 attempts to realise that the standing orders were not being set!).

Slow app full of bugs.
Really frustrating to use sometimes...

Cannot login

Despite entering the correct details the app will not login. Its freezing. I’ve followed all typical troubleshooting protocols. Customer services tell me this is not a problem with their app but instead my iPhone. Very helpful indeed.

Amazing online banking service, just wish the messages would be in English. Having difficulty changing the messages am getting in Portuguese, would be more convenient for me if it was in English.

You must know Portuguese

This app is no help unless you’re semi-fluent in Portuguese. No one will respond to you in English. Really not big on customer service.

Can’t log in.

Tried to login, after putting my passcode nothing happens, screen doesn’t update the the passcode is wiped out. Tried a couple time and decided to uptake the app. Still the same. No message on the error just goes back to the initial screen

Muitas vezes não funciona

Já não é a primeira vez que tento abrir a app e não consigo entrar.
Porcaria de app, eventualmente mudo de banco.

Difficult to Navigate

Feature Requests:
Option to change language should be on the first screen upon installing the app; the login screen
Language settings should apply to all app notifications
Users should be able to set a complex password OR a pin, not limited to only a PIN. PINs can be hacked easily.

Personal data and identification update failed

You can not update personal data and identification, when you change the expired date to your new date the date field still red and continue button will be deactivated

The Expired Financial relationship purpose is always shows at login and you can not update it at all after fulfilled and press continue button the error message shows
