Feature Requests:
1. Option to change language should be on the first screen upon installing the app; the login screen
2. Users should be able to set a complex password, not just a PIN number. PIN number can be hacked easily.

Worst bank app ever
This is probably the most poorly designed app ever. The interface is confusing and very difficult to navigate. Plus when notifications come in for the phone they lead nowhere in the app. When I want to pay for something through the app the function is buried in three menus. I give it two stars because it works but that’s about it. The digital assistant is worthless too - it’s too slow and never understood anything I wanted to do.

Good
Good app, I live in London and I can do everything I need just using the app. However, in the documents section, I always struggle to open the documents. Never working properly, constantly having the message saying to try later. I’m trying to open a letter since 2 days ago, and it’s just no possible. I can’t delete the cache because I use iPhone, I already trying using my laptop, but nothing seems to work. A part of that, it’s a good app and good Bank. My bank manager is amazing!

Since the update 4 days ago, the login screen no longer exists.
There is just a white screen on iPad. I have uninstalled ad reinstalled. Same thing.

Sem modo paisagem

Online purchases confirmation does not work
On my iPad the app does not work for approving online credit card purchases. All l get is the CGD symbol rotating. I have tried getting help from Caixa without success. My plan is to switch bank.
Para mim a app não funciona para confirmar compras feitas online com o cartão de crédito. So posso ver o símbolo da Caixa a girar. Tentei obter ajuda mas sem êxito. A solução? Mudar o banco.

Can’t access my account
The app asked me to register my device and during the process it crashed. Since that flow I can’t access my account which is super inconvenient as I can’t remember my card pin to recover the account. I am really unhappy with this user experience. It should be easier to recover my access to the app. Please report this to the consumer team. Thanks

Very good app
I’ve been using this app for a little over 2 years now and it keeps improving. Very easy to use and is in English so good while trying to learn Portuguese.
Latest version crashes
Has been such a solid app but the latest upgrade just keeps crashing and won’t load, I have tried reinstalling and restarting my iPhone.
No landscape mode in the iPad
The app should rotate from portrait to landscape mode.
