Forgotten password reset failure
Not sending an email as it says it will.
So, I logged in to my co-op’s website and did a password reset there, just to ensure I am using the correct email and password. I am. Deleted the co-op connections app, reinstalled it, same problem - can’t login even though I am now certain of my email and password.Show lessFarkel99

Don’t Download This App!!!!!
Downloaded the app, created a new account and put in my info. Next screen asks me to select my co-op but there are ZERO choices so I can’t proceed further in the app. 🙄🙄🙄🙄 What a letdown after being promised all those discounts on your Website!!!! 😠😠😠😠tigerluvr99

No problems
After creating my account using the HealthySavings.coop website, I had no problems logging into the app after downloading it. Make sure you turn on your location services...available offers were listed in order of closest to furthest from me.Mcpd2004
Must be buggy
I loaded the app onto my iPhone. Like others I cannot login or even create an account. Tried using my old coop connections pswd, wouldn’t work. Tried creating new account no confirmation and still can’t login! UghPatti Ugh!
Co-op Connections
Terrible application. Will not work in conjunction with the MAC host based application. Keeps asking for Email & password. Tells me the ID is already registered & password will not work. Makes no sense.Diehardgolfer

To the other commenters, be sure to turn on location services on your device. I have mine set to ‘only while using the app’, and it’s working great. Also, you will need to setup your account using their website first: Connections.coop It’s not necessarily the same as your Blue Ridge Energy account. Hope this helps!Show lessCoopConnected
Won’t show results in my area
The website shows plenty of deals in my area, but the app is only showing deals at least 20 miles away no matter how many times I specify to search in relation to my zip code. Doesn’t do much good.coquie78
