When I only started, was very skeptical if this will work for me. But now as I get more work through the app than by phone, I’m coming around. Many things are just something I do on the go (schedule visits, quote and invoice), I have to confess I still copy the work into my notebook.Theodor Roosevelt 7th
Correction: the media handling is still lame
The comments section now supports click and dial for telephone numbers listed there. However, alternative tenant numbers are usually listed in the Details section where there is no way to even select copy or paste a phone number. You have to physically write it down somewhere and then type it into your phone. Come on. Also there is an intermittent issue with Comments section where often when you compose a reply there is no available recipient (User). Mobile app needs to be be more functional and also sync reliably.
Feature request: please add a way to tag each job with status signifiers, e.g left message with tenant, job partially completed, awaiting tenant confirmationShow lessGhigo1961

App is pretty useful when it works but often bugs out when syncing, asks me to log out and back in and when I do it says user not found. But I can log in fine on the website.
