  • A lot better than 3 years ago!

    When I only started, was very skeptical if this will work for me. But now as I get more work through the app than by phone, I’m coming around. Many things are just something I do on the go (schedule visits, quote and invoice), I have to confess I still copy the work into my notebook.
  • Correction: the media handling is still lame

    The comments section now supports click and dial for telephone numbers listed there. However, alternative tenant numbers are usually listed in the Details section where there is no way to even select copy or paste a phone number. You have to physically write it down somewhere and then type it into your phone. Come on. Also there is an intermittent issue with Comments section where often when you compose a reply there is no available recipient (User). Mobile app needs to be be more functional and also sync reliably.

    Feature request: please add a way to tag each job with status signifiers, e.g left message with tenant, job partially completed, awaiting tenant confirmation

  • Awful at syncing

    App is pretty useful when it works but often bugs out when syncing, asks me to log out and back in and when I do it says user not found. But I can log in fine on the website.
    Think app needs more work to make it bug out less

  • Zero Stars

    This app has not worked properly in over a year. Every day i have to delete all my accounts and start again. This app has created 10x more work. Invoices are typed over and over and files uploaded only to find it has not worked. This has been reported to the inept staff. Managing agents avoid at all costs.

  • Seems ok from the agent point of view. Completely useless and extremely painful for contractors

    Lags, quits, doesn’t show all communication.
    Doesn’t work at all if no internet. It stores everything (contractor doesn’t have access to majority of things from the app) in the online database so if no internet it doesn’t work.
    Very difficult to manoeuvre between the jobs in the app. Maybe it works better on a pc but unfortunately, I can’t power up my desktop in the van.
    Searching for things said is not possible so you have to remember what you said within which job exactly if you want to find it a few days later.
    In case the data base fails to let you access, and you are having HMRC looking at things you are screwed as no access to anything.
    I highlighted this to the app developer that it could/should be stored within my server/emails but they don’t bother…

  • New vision!

    Having issues loading up pictures and invoices!!!

  • App not syncing or showing jobs I know have been created & sent to me, but not showing live on app

    No proper syncing is taking part at the moment for at least two weeks, jobs I have been emailed & which have clearly been created are not showing on Fixflo , it appears to be stuck showing only one job to be carried out & one job complete ., as this is used for time sensitive works I’m quite unimpressed with this app as it could cause works not to be carried out, let alone on time, due to jobs not showing for me on either the iPad or the iPhone.

  • Sort of works

    Sort of useful, but doesn’t always sync properly. Taking photos it says they are too large when they are not and selecting photos can only be done once; then whole app has to be closed down to select more. Needs improvement work.
