Love the idea. Great colors great routes, it just drains your battery unbelievable fast. Takes about 80 percent battery for an hour ride. Being on a bike that’s somewhat unacceptable. But again smooth app if it didn’t take so much batteryThe__Facts

“I downloaded the app and setup the profile. I selected the distance calculations for miles but the the app selected kilometers instead. There is no way in the app to change it. I uninstalled and reinstalled it but it retains the profile. I tried to contact support with the email they provided but the email address doesn’t work.”
I was contacted by Detecht through the Apple App Store in a timely manner and they have updated me with a fix. I was able to install the fix with now issue is resolved. Thank you Detecht team.Show lessMr. Blah Blah-da Blah-Blah

I downloaded the app I selected miles in settings and was showing kilometers and at that time I was unable to go back into settings to change it to miles.
After a small glitch the app has been updated and working as intended and I cannot wait to use it again!
The software company personally contacted me in a very short time to resolve my problem. VERY VERY Impressed with the way my issues was handled. I would highly recommend this app and any app that this company produces. They stood behind their product!Show lesscaptmac25

I downloaded the app tonight. Was excited about the crash detection feature. I’ve tried 5 times to subscribe to the premium service and all 5 times the app has locked up and won’t let me continue.
Update: The issue has been fixed. No issues at all. I look forward to using this app more.eOutoftune

I used this app for a over 3000 mile ride. When I saved it the route I drove was lost. I still have the stats though.Solitaire king of the road

Great app with one HUGE downfall..
This app is brilliant and is a must for all motorcyclists, my only problem with the app is it does not support landscape orientation of your phone, it’s locked to portrait which is a problem for me as my bike requires my phone to be mounted in the landscape position which means I cannot use the app until this is corrected and if I’m the only one with this issue then I probably won’t use the app due to my phones position and I’d swap back to Waze instead as it supports landscape orientation.
Besides the obvious problem I’m having, the app itself is amazing and I love the features and idea behind it all, the crash detection is my ultimate favorite part as my partner stresses sometimes when I’m out on my bike and this app is a perfect way to put both our minds at ease in the event of a fall or an accident.
Please please please consider removing the locked orientation and I will have absolutely no complaints and a 5 star rating will be waiting!!Show lessBRAAAPSTUTUTU94

...for a new app, and I really appreciate the concept. I found it very easy to set up and configure, since it’s pretty simple — crash and the app will call in the Calvary unless you respond and stop it. I personally like this since I often ride alone, and it has crossed my mind that I might not be able help myself after I go down. I also like the ride stats feature. I plan to make use of that. UPDATE: For those of us who already have too many monthly subscriptions, this app needs a one-time multi-year fee, if not a lifetime plan.Show lessdualie

Hi. I dowloaded and set this app up over the weekend and thought it was a great thing for any motorcyclist to have and use. However since yesterday’s update I can’t open the app on my iPhone 8 Plus as it freezes on the opening screen......who needs a nick name!
