7 day trial but charges me for the full year? And no support
I started the 7 day trial to see if it I liked it, it then charged me between £80-90 for the full 12 months .. ?!
I decided the app wasn’t for me, I wanted an in gym pregnancy workout app- this just seems to be home based and not challenging enough.
I contacted support 3 times !! And no response or help to get my money back when it should never have been taken in the first place ?
:( what’s the point of support if no body responds?

This app either has major technical faults or is a scam. Signed up to the 7-day free trial which after clicked on the free trial, asks some personal details then leads you to a page that reads ‘No charge until your %@ trial ends. Cancel anytime.’ The symbols I assumed was a glitch but I presumed referred to the 7 day trial given I only reached this page after clicking on the 7 day trial link. However, to proceed with the trial you have to choose a subscription which you given the wording of everything on each page should NOT charge you until you free trial ends, with an option to cancel before the charge is made. It charged me straight away. To make matters worse, the app for me doesn’t even work - I can’t see anything in the program page. I have cancelled my subscription (that I didn’t even sign up for) on the same day and have lodged a complaint with Apple Pay, my bank and sent an email to Emily Skye’s team (as the help link in the app also doesn’t work). Not great I have to do all this and have now warned my friends about it.

Recently downloaded this app to utilise the 7 day free trial to see if it fit what I wanted. It immediately charged me for a 12 month subscription, which I would never sign up for (I always choose month by month). I have tried to make contact with the app designer on various platforms with no response.
It actually breaches my rights to charge me a subscription without a refund, without using the application at all let alone offering a free trial that I was never given before charging me full price!
It immediately tarnishes the brand - not happy and not interested in using it further

Didn’t work
Attempted to do a trial of the app but was charged the 125 upfront with out a trial then I couldn’t set the app up. It didn’t let me get past the height and weight part of the sign up even with restarting app and my phone. Not worth it.
Best workout app
Have used it for six years and it’s the only one I recommend. Emily is an angel and is with you every step of the way with accessible programs that challenge and push you.

I downloaded the app and it offered a free week trial. Then they proceed to charge me for 3 months and won’t give me a refund? What a scam. It’s sad that you guys have to steal money from customers using lies and manipulation.
Constant Lagging
Great programs, when they don’t constantly lag. I’ve tried via the website and the app, makes no difference. Stop starts and jumps all over the place when trying to get back to where I was. I’m having no issues with any other internet connection.
Do not buy this app
I have been very disappointed with this team and the app, I haven’t not had this app downloaded on my phone for over a year and what I thought was not subscribed to them. I haven’t received any emails from them what so ever over the last year and never received an email saying that my membership while renew if I do not cancel, they then took $90 from my account and then failed to email me after they took my money telling me that my membership was renewed. I emailed them questioning this as I have not been using the app or subscribed or warned and they said no refunds can be done. This is really disappointing on their end especially when it’s so close to Christmas and the cost of living has gone up. I will not be recommending this app to anyone as all Emily and her team cares about is money.

I was very disappointed. I can tell this would be a great app, she had many wonderful workouts that I can tell she put a lot of time and thought into creating.
However -the app seems very buggy. Many things would not load or show up for me. I have tried several times to see the workout programs and they would never load, it would just say “see all workout programs” and nothing. I could see individual workouts but not actual workout programs.
The app also would not show me individual meals, snacks, or a meal plan. I would try to make a grocery list and it wouldn’t do anything, nothing would show up.
Very frustrating!
This could be a great app but there’s major technical errors going on. If she could get the workout plans and meal plans to actually show this would be a wonderful app! Currently this app only provides individual workouts and that’s it. I LOVE how she has high quality videos and instructions to go with her workouts, I just wish I could see full workout plan options and meal plans rather than ONLY individual workouts. Technology error it looks like.
