App won’t let me log in.
I just got on wic as I am 21 weeks pregnant. I just started using the app last week and now I’m trying to sign in and I keep get “lost internet connection” and my internet is working perfectly fine. We have high speed internet here. I tried signing in because I was using face recognition but it doesn’t seem to work. I don’t know what to do because I don’t know what I have left to buy. According to the reviews on here it’s been happening for years. NYS needs to do a better job! Highly disappointed!Show lessBeckstarQns
User not found
As a foster parent, I use WIC benefits for the little ones in my care. This app is a good concept but is TERRIBLE. 90% of the time it does not work! Developers, how is this possible?!? It always says user not found. I then have to delete and reinstall the app. Then it works until it does not again and again... The State needs to find a new developer for this.Show lessbejulied

It constantly tells me my user isn’t found and it’s a pain in the but to constantly keep calling the card isn’t always easy for me I have one year old twins and they are always getting into stuff and crying so I have to call it like 5 different times to get the remaining benefitsMelly Ann 1714
