I’ve been with Rite Aid many years, when my children were growing up until adults. I had the displeasure of dealing with one of your pharmacist Kevin, at the Elm St location in Lima Ohio and I will tell you I have never experienced such disrespect. Interrupting me while I spoke etc. I ended up hanging up on him because I was unable to get a word in otherwise, he had the audacity to call me back on my home number and try to explain how this is his “livelihood”. Kevin, I am an RN, have been for 26 yrs, if I’m rude and or don’t listen to my patients, someone could die or I could make their condition worse. Same as you. The only difference is they are right beside me, I get to see them and look them in the eye. You are a very inconsiderate person. I am glad I can transfer my prescriptions elsewhere. That’s the beauty right? Maybe so many people did this because of pharmacists like Kevin at your stores? If enough people become dissatisfied and disrespected, it’s possible. It certainly plays a part. I hope to never encounter Kevin ever again. Thank you for your time.
