Not good
Had this app for two years now and it rarely loads when launched. Very poor performance. One camera will load eventually, then when you switch to another cam it freezes, then goes offline. Very disappointed. Looking for another system now that works properly.
Great generally
We have had a couple of glitches here and there but overall I would say it works extremely well and it’s a lot more stable than some of the apps which we use for other CCTV systems we use.I certainly find it seems to do the trick for us with four cameras on one particular location so I would definitely recommend it I was debating between four and five but I’m think five is in order it’s been in for a year now and very few problems.

Should I have a red light flashing on my machine
There is a red light flashing next t the green light should this do this thanks oh it’s been doing this ever since fitted by Paul from Andrew tv Colchester essex m

Hi, The red flashing light indicates the DVR is recording and all is recording. Nothing to worry about at all. I hope that helps.
CVTV
When I watch live on my mobile the picture blacks out after every several s

Hi, This doesn't sound right. Have you contacted your installer? The DVR/NVR will probably need a firmware update which will correct this issue and get you back up and running.
Connection issues
There are always connection issues with this app to the cameras. Need to have very strong connection otherwise it will not connect. Very annoying as I have paid a lot of money for the whole setup!

Hi, The connection will only be as good as your networks upload on site and the mobile data connection on your phone. It could possibly be that the site has a poor upload speed.
Equipment good: Customer Service not so.
Why am I finding the software for viewing on my Mac so difficult to get? I’ve contacted Serage many times but not even the courtesy of an acknowledgement from them. Very disappointing. The equipment is good though.

I have no problem with it and good to be able to see the cameras on my iPad and iPhone

I have had my cameras installed for just over a year now and so far so good. Nothing to complain about. Perfect!
SERAGE. CCTV
An extremely efficient and robust camera system. Highly recommended. The only issue I have is the “wizard” that appears once a week, only a slight inconvenience to cancel it but I wish there was a way to prevent it showing, other than that I would strongly recommend it.
