Doesn’t display for very long
The live video takes very long to load plus the display time is very less.

Maybe the uni could be better, but generally speaking it’s not let us down. Solid app

I would really appreciate if the app could be updated so it doesn’t freeze also cut off same with the unit as can not log in sometimes and it’s delayed (phones, laptops etc). Needs to be reviewed immediately
Doesn’t always load and very slow
Picture doesn’t always load so unable to look at the screen, sometimes when it does load it freezes. This does happen quite often.
Excellent quality image, poor interface
No facility to be able to pick up motion on the footage to narrow down search. When playing back, no ability to enter time - have to scroll through the day from midnight which takes time to load. If app remains open in the background and go back into it, all cameras show offline and will not load. Camera quality is excellent but the interface is incredibly basic and lets the system down.

Don’t understand why it does not work straight away. Why do have to close down other apps. Doesn’t makes sense
Not very reliable
The app takes ages to load images and the unit itself asks for wizard update every evening. It’s connected to Internet through ethnet cable and my Wi-fi is strong but still unreliable with no help option.
Bad security system
If a business like us requires the app on an employee’s phone, they can see passwords and all controls. There is no way to limit their access level and stop them giving others access too.

The app is reliable and generally works well.
However I haven’t been able to work out how to save or download video from the app. Some support or help or faq link within the app would be useful.

At times slow
My internet is very fast but my app doesn’t show more than 1 day . I can see one previous day recording only . I can see the recording is there but can’t play more than 1 previous day recordings.
