Useless app and service
App is not user friendly, support function is not working. Service is never available at my location (location is in the list). No point to use it. But idea is good.
Very convenient and great value.
I’ve used SpotWash several times. The communication is great and I’m always satisfied with the quality of the wash. Highly recommend.

Awful scam do not use!
Awful scammers. Booked them twice and never came once. Took my money. No contact. No explanation. Only can reach them through email to which they never respond. Spare yourself the trouble.
Always do a great job
I’ve used them quite a few times while I was at a partnered apartment complex, and after I bought my new home. They always clean really well and are quick to respond to any issues.
To me, this service is great. I wished they have an option for a deep clean to get out harder stains.
Can’t beat the price for basically waking up to a clean at.

Amazing job, time and lifesaver for toddler-mobile!
The gentleman who did our interior and exterior clean/detail was very professional, polite, and seriously amazing at what he did! He came to our house, texted pictures and pointed out chips in car paint BEFORE starting to be sure I knew about them, and seriously CLEANED HOUSE on our SUV. I have two toddlers (ages 2 and 3), so my car was suuuuuper gross. Goldfish, sticky unknown junk, you name it.... I sure didn’t want to touch it, but he didn’t seem phased at all. Said it was nothing, that it was why he was here, and the interior was immaculate when he finished. For a busy working parent who had limited time in their day, this is a service and price you really can’t beat. Any other professional detailing service that comes to your home will cost waaaaay more. Plus I learned they apparently use ECO friendly products that may seriously be saving our world/water supply. Gotta love that social responsibility in a company

Bad service
I have never reviewed a company before, but feel compelled to write this. When I first used spotwash, I thought it was a great idea. In the first month I used spotwash, one of their washers stole my sunglasses. After spotwash made me send them pictures to prove it, they bought me another pair of sunglasses, which were $100 cheaper than the ones stolen.
10 days ago, I booked an exterior wash overnight - nothing was done in the morning so I emailed them. They responded that they washed my car with a picture - the car they washed was not my car. I have emailed them 3x since then without hearing back.
I truly think their service is a good idea, however they're not very good at it.

No way to cancel but email
Below avg cleaning, micro scratches in car paint, residue on windows. Can’t cancel subscription unless you email them
When will service continue?
I think you program is great idea! I would like to have my car washed, but you have suspended service to my complex. I have tried reaching out on Facebook with no reply. Could we get a time line on when you would be back? I’m excited to try your service!
Good for convenience
Very convenient and gets the job done. Tires and rims look awesome ... body of the car looks great considering it doesn’t even have to leave the spot
