good app
very good product and simple to use
Works but could be better
The app and products work well with very minor issues (battery dies fast on door sensor). Really wish there was homekit integration hence the 4 stars not 5.
Works well
Works well when I have used it, but only use it occasionally. No bells and whistles, simple app, but does the job. Sometimes it looses connection to internet, but reconnects on its on, has not been a problem.

App is easy to use and has great setup instructions
Glitchy
The remote outside works about half the time and the app opens the garage door most of the time. Sometimes I try to open the door with the app and it does nothing. I usually have to unplug and replug the door opener and that fixes it. The idea is great but the app and remote opener are just not very reliable.

Does the job
It’s functional. The app has limited capabilities and user interface is bare bones but works for what I needed it for.

Works the garage door just fine and all. But having to log in every time I open the app while the face ID is active AND the password is saved?!?!?
Requires 4 clicks to get the door to operate. 1 to open the app. 2 to log in. 3 to select the door (and it's the only item in my home on this app, this menu could be bypassed until other products are added) and 4 to finally toggle the door open or closed.
All that could be bypassed if a widget were available to add to home or side menu on here.
If this stuff changes in the future I'll be happy to rewrite and add stars.

Nice App
App does its job. Very basic and nice to use and understand. Haven’t had any problems with the app
Nice looking app
I wish I could rate it a 4.5, only because I really like it and think it’s a clever design, but there’s always room for improvement. My only knock on it was that the set up was a little cumbersome. Need to do things in exactly the right order. Otherwise, as I mentioned, it’s a clever app in terms of the GUI. Fun to use. I want to get three more openers for my remaining garages, so I’m hoping it will be just as good where there are more doors added. Thinking about it, I hope the app can handle 5 doors. Overall, very nice!!!

Once setup works well
What I like about this product is that you can write two garage doors to one device, saved money not having to get two devices of other brands out there. Notifications are prompt. What was difficult was getting it connected to wifi, had to go through it multiple times, get to the advanced setting and get it to work that way. I had to temporarily turn off the 5.4 GHz of our wifi system in the setup. Once connected we turned it back on and it’s working well. I’ll admit, I did get frustrated a few times to the point of wanting to return it, but persevered and got it working. It would be nice if the app would give access to advanced setting directly rather than having to go through the basic, fail and then go through incomplete instructions on how to get to advanced settings. If you’re patient in setting this up, it is a good product.
