Skylink garage door opener app overall is wonderful. Periodically it has outages corrected through a power cycle re-boot. Have needed to do this approximately monthly.

Worked well for us for a while....
The app worked well for us for a while but then it was slow to respond when we were not at the house on the same network... very disappointing since we really wanted to use this app so when we are away.
Great garage door opener
I love my Orbit Skylink garage door opener. It is extremely reliable even when we had the Dorecheo here in Iowa and had no power for a week the battery backup gave my the ability to open the garage when I really needed it. Thank you for making a powerful, sleek, on demand product I will definitely buy more products in the future. Once again THANK YOU!!

Super Quiet. App based remote access!
I am very satisfied with my purchase.
The App is very easy to set up and use.
I like how I can use the app as a one stop to take a quick peek if the garage is open. And even let friends and family in while I am away.
This would be perfect to let a courier place a package in the garage. The two way voice camera keeps everyone honest. I chose the belt driven option and I can hardly hear the door open . I would definitely recommend this product.

Good so far
Have used the app for several months now and haven’t had any issues with app. Only issues I have had is with the garage door sensor that is mounted in the garage door. Has to replace twice but both times it was free of charge to get new ones.
Application works... but not 100% well
Applications is simple and very intuitive. I like the system, but these are my comments about funcionality.
Sometimes when I try to open the garage from the outside wall panel, garage door doesn’t open. With the portable remote control... you need to be very close from the garage door. With the aplication I tried to open the door and sometimes does not work.... App send a lot of notifications about Garage status (online/offline).

It was fine but...
...now I can’t open or close the garage door or turn the light on and off using the app despite getting notifications of it being open or closed.
