Very frustrating
Can not even create an account through this app.
Cannot move pass the verification process. Doesn’t even like the access number given to you, states it’s wrong. Have tried for weeks.jacd81
What’s the point if can’t sign up
Wanting to sign up so can use few services but wont pass early stage (after scanning and verifying both email and sms) , it keeps saying something went wrong . Very frustrating to see the same issue in the other reviews even from 2 and 3 years ago!!!Mo24/
Camera light
While using this app, without the camera being used for verification or anything, the camera light went on… not sure if it was a glitch or what was happening there.Kl_11

This app is yet another from UAE’ commitment to creating useless, none functional apps to match an overly complicated , confusing and frustrating system to create jobs and force investors to have to visit the country (spend money) to solve insignificant problems. Does not work!
There are multiple issues with this app one you got an OTP on your phone just to login but then wait you need to also get an OTP on your email in 30 seconds which does not come until five minutes, what’s the sense in that?
Then I need to verify by scanning my Emirates ID, so yes, give permission click on Emirates ID, but nothing happens, I try again scan Emirates ID, open take a picture enough light pops up and then disappears, nothing happens. I still have this “scan Emirates ID” button so I tried that several times using different angles, lights, timings sizes, close or far from the Emirates ID, and nothing happens.
It’s a shame to waste time on the app and finally come out with nothing! it really needs some serious work.
Now I want to look up where the kiosks are!
advice for the developers please make it easy for the people that are using it. Today I was not able to get what I needed from something that the app is supposed to do effortlessly.

Signing in to the app
This is the worse app I’ve ever used. I cannot get past the signing in. It says that it needs a signature verification. I clicked on it tried with my driving license but nothing. Sends me back the the beginning. It says that I have an account but cannot get any further. I need this sorted as I go to Dubi next Sunday. Does anyone know how to proceed. Could Do Better
Having downloaded the UAE Pass because you seem to need it to do a lot of things in the UAE, I was very disappointed, so much so I have now uninstalled it.
I found when trying to use it that I was unable to carry out one action! I then tried to contact the TRA. They would only speak to you through the UAE Pass! I wonder why that is!
As I couldn't get the Pass to work I eventually found a way to email the TRA - I have seen responses here from the TRA that if you have a problem, the TRA will help. So, I did contact them, but I have never received a reply to any of my questions regarding this app.
The idea of the UAE Pass is brilliant, its just that it does not work and ignoring issues with it is unhelpful.Show lessP0ppey
Terrible, doesn’t work.
This is arguably the most terrible government app i’ve ever used, and I’ve lived in 6 countries.
I am trying to sign up and get a police check using my expired emirates ID (which worked just fine a few years ago) but the app is not accepting it.Yasman1993

Website even worse they sent me OTP i put it the website says it’s wrong 😂
I don’t think it’s not a reliable website or App to use..
