Keeps having errors

Every time I put the card numbers there’s always something wrong. This company makes things super difficult.

Don’t download. Pick any other card there is

It took 3 days to try to verify and they couldn’t do it on a prepaid Visa card and when I asked for a refund they told me they had to send a check in the mail hands down the worst company out there

Pretty good

They approved my ID document almost immediately and I was able to use the account very quickly. Not sure why reviews are so low. However they do have a high amount of transaction fees.

Terrible experience

I received their debit visa card as a gift and tried to activate it, but the process itself was uncomfortable. I had to call them to activate the card, but I had to reluctantly tell them all of my personal information, even my ssn over the phone. I told them “no” several times but they kept saying that they would not be able to activate the card without it. In the end the card was activated and I checked my balance on the mobile app. To my surprise, the balance was nearly half of what I was expecting. The person who gifted me the card said that it has a balance of $200 but now there was only $110. Turns out they charge a $5.95 fee for being “inactive” which I found ridiculous. Did not know they started charging this fee after 3 months of inactivity, so because I activated this card nearly a year and a half later, I lost almost $90 and my important personal info.

Zero Star Rating

Customer service is non existent. Activating the card is so difficult that an attractive option is just to throw the unused card away, and let this shady company force float your money. I have no idea how to activate my card. It says that there is a problem and call, but then it spins you back through the same loop into perpetuity.

Just like a scam

They want to get all of your information, ssn, personal details, open you an account from the gift card you get, and then charge you late feel\s and all sorts of fees for using the card. If you do not use the card/account you legally created like a debit/checking account, after 3 months they charge you 5.95 dollars. This company is about squeezing you out of as many fees as possible for unsuspecting individuals at safe way and Albertsons who want to do a nice thing and buy a gift card.

They want too much info like ssn and other stuff and it doesn’t even work! 30 DOLLERS DOWN THE DRAIN!!!!!

This means that when you open a Card Account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and your government ID number. Do NOT buy a card

There are much better options out there compared to this. Customer service is horrendously pathetic. Activating a card gives you error message after error message. Please don’t make the same mistake as I did and lose your money.

DO NOT LOAD CARD FIRST !!

App is POINTLESS! Horrible! Bad customer service! If Load Card at store good luck activating it AND is USELESS until activate with ID Verification/SS NUMBER! If Cant then have to WAIT WEEKS for a CHECK
