We offer reloadable debit cards, not gift cards. The activation process is a little different since we are required to verify the identity of each account holder. This means that when you open a Card Account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and your government ID number. We assure you that we work hard to ensure all information is safe and secure. We want to make sure that you have access to your funds. Please email social@netspend.com so that we can assist you.
