Aggressive fee structure. Hard to activate.

We're sorry to hear that. The fees for using the card and for maintaining the Card Account, including maintenance fees, are fully disclosed in the Cardholder Agreement that was included in the card packaging. The fee is automatically charged after 90 consecutive days of no activity. Also included in the packaging are details about the activation process. In order to be compliant with federal regulations, we are required to verify the identity of each account holder. This means that when you open a Card Account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and your government ID number. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying information. For assistance with the activation process, please email social@netspend.com.

I can’t activate the card online,app,or even calling the number
