Can’t Register
Like others, I can not register. Null Point Exception error when creating a password.

App crashed when connecting to my new Loomo.

App issues
I seem to always have a issue working the app. I bought Loomo for work purposes cause I’m a filmmaker and with my iPhone I can’t even get the full functionality of the LOOMO. It’s pointless to have.
Cannot register. Useless purchase
The app literally does not work. Server error the last two days no matter what I do. So I can’t even set it up. Making the entire purchase pointless. There also seems to be a defect on the actual loomo but I’ll save that for the product review.
Crashes
Tried this app on two iPhones and it wouldn’t pair with either, the app crashed every time we tried to connect with Loomo. Very disappointing.

I have tried emailing customer service for help and nothing. The app keeps crashing and unusable.

The app is great but...
Loomo is absolutely amazing, but is has connectivity issues with iphones and it should be reviewed and fixed, specially in Hotspot mode.
Loomo does everything Segway Robotics promised!
