Biometrics Authentication - No Accounts
There is a new issue with this version of the app where you are seeing "No Accounts" when you re-authenticate using biometrics. The current workaround is to log out and re log back in to see your accounts.
This is a major inconvenience because everytime you reopen the app, you have to manually log out and re log back in to see your accounts.
Please address this asap.Show lessjayddh

As for a user’s experience, not great. It’s clunky and unresponsive when trying to get out of a trade. Simplicity is always best.rodfron
Charts/ indicators = no thanks
The problem that I’m having is with charts. The version I just downloaded is stuck on 500 ticks. Then the indicators are locked Sma 14 etc. Unable to make changes to what I like to use. Example change chart to 4 range/ renko etc. I haven’t place any trades via mobile because of this.$Tatsuhe69
Terrible Update!!
Always have syncing problems. App doesn’t remember anymore whether I’m in Live or Demo when I exit the app, sometimes I’ll work in Demo and when I reopen the app it’s in Live again with my real money. Lost thousands after this update — app was nearly perfect before the update and now the chart freezes regularly.. constantly have to kill the app and re-open it againShow lessKenny S/

APP AUTO SIGNS YOU OUT EVERY 10 MINUTES
This app is a complete joke. In the new version If you close the app for 20 minutes it signs you out.
Meaning when you go to take a trade you have to waste time logging in. Missing your trade entirely. You guys need to fix this IMMEDIATELY. This is absurd. I want to curse you at the top of my lungs but I imagine the review would get hidden.

Terrible Update
This new update is horrendous. The app now periodically switches between different accounts even when the app is still open. None of my settings for the charts are ever saved now so you have to redo it every time you open a chart. You also need to search for each individual ticker every time because the dropdown menu for tickers is always empty. There are also banners that appear and block the buy/sell button. Even with notifications turned off, completely unnecessary banners appear with price updates for the ticker you are currently on even though you can clearly see the current price at the top of the screen, making them redundant. Whoever made this update clearly has never used the app. The app worked fine until this update and now I don't even want to use it. Thanks to whoever ruined this app!Show lessTankinTommy
Crashes
App locks up. Can’t add some tickers to market area. It crashes. Support says it could be my phone. It’s not. Other reviews say the same. Uninstall / reinstall does nothing. Settings revert to default for some areas each time you visit the app and this includes moving averages you setup. After the update this week, notification banners keep popping for everything. Very annoying! “Support” says to disable notifications. I have notifications disabled on phone and the app. They can’t be disabled. Others reported the same. I can’t get out of trades at times. Locks up. Lost $24,000 last week because of it. Account gone. I’m leaving Tradovate. Impossible to grow an account. They’re greedy.Show lessguitarkid5
